Hello, everyone. This is my review of this May on Bin Weevils. Please note, these are my opinions and you don't have to agree/disagree with them. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and this post contains mine.
The first part of the May highlights consists of three features. Exploring an island (which I presume is a new area, as @drewbianBW recently tweeted about one on Twitter) full of mystery, digging each day to collect rewards and finding brand new Nest & Plaza items... + more. This looks amazing in my opinion, as it is a brand new event we have not seen before, rather than an event "recycled" from last year. I believe Bin Weevils have returned to their "old selves", bringing us new things rather than recycled events and flash mobs, as Crater Craft (aka Weevil World) is now finished, or almost finished, as therefore they are now able to produce new events and features.
The second part of the May highlights is a brand new Stone Age Nest Item set. This sure does look cool, appropriately fitting in with this months theme!
The third part of the May highlights is a Weekly Dig Report with Digg & Gem. I am assuming this will take place on Fridays, and will be similar to the old Weevil Weekly Round Up (however not with Scribbles and will be primarily themed on the digging).
The fourth part of the May highlights is a new Bin Weevils video, where the Bin Weevils team go on a real world History Hunt. This is good, as there has not been a new video for a while. This will also be a change from the "Ask the Bin Weevils team" videos.
The fifth part of the May highlights is a half price sale on Plaza & Party Rooms, which means you can buy Plaza & Party Rooms for only 5,000 Mulch rather than 10,000. This is great for Tycoons running low on Mulch!
The sixth (and final) part of the May highlights is celebrity Plaza parties. You will soon be able to visit celebrity "plaza museums" - this hints to me they will contain items from the 'History Hunters' event, therefore the items you can collect will be historical. I believe Plaza parties are better than flash mobs as you can explore party rooms and there is music to listen to, also. I don't know if there will be new Plaza room music for this event, but it is possible so we will have to wait and see!
Conclusion: This month is a brilliant month for Bin Weevils. All of the events are exciting, with not one promotional (room advertising things other than Bin Weevils) event in sight.
Keep up the good work, Bin Weevils!
